Sacxess collects only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to reply to your enquiries — your name, contact details and delivery address. In line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), your details are used for that purpose, kept no longer than necessary, and never sold.
- We ask for consent before using your details to contact you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
- Payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Sacxess.
Terms of use
By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate. Prices are shown in South African rand. Product availability, drops and pre-orders are subject to stock and confirmed at checkout. Sacxess may update products, prices and this site as capsules change.
Payments
This is a private concept build — no live payment is processed and no card details are collected, transmitted or stored. In the live store, payment is handled securely by an approved South African payment provider, confirmed with the Sacxess team before launch.
